At ALPHA 4X4, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium streetwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
